The British company not only makes the carafe gurgle, but also has everyone who uses it gurgling with delight. Because thanks to the twisted, bulbous design, the carafes make an unmistakable gurgling sound when filled or poured − just like their animal counterparts. The brand history of the cult object began in 1870, when Thomas Forester & Sons designed a fish-shaped jug. When two jugs with royal insignia were presented to Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip in 1958, the jug gained a popularity that continues to this day.
