Um 1790 beauftragte Peter Biron Herzog von Kurland die Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur Berlin mit der Gestaltung und Anfertigung eines prächtigen Tafelservices. Nach dem höfischen Rokoko mit seinem Muschel- und Rankenwerk wird um 1770 der Rückgriff auf die Antike zum beherrschenden Stilmittel. Durchmesser: 22 cm
