The L'âme de Christofle collection is another outstanding cutlery line that combines the tradition of Christofle with modern elements. In the process, opposites merge into one − fine, straight lines form a synergy with solid, stainless steel. In addition to the polished, gleaming finish in gold, the new pieces in the collection also shine in copper and black thanks to the modern PVD color application technology carried out in Portugal. Thanks to its minimalist shape, the 18.1 cm long, dishwasher-safe fish fork lies particularly comfortably in the hand. Thanks to its four long prongs and indentations on both sides, together with the fish knife, it is an aesthetic companion to fine fish dishes.

For the L'âme de Christofle series, the traditional French company collaborated with Ibiza-born designer Eugeni Quitllet, known for his work in the most prestigious luxury and interior design companies. The result is something to be proud of: Clean, innovative lines and purist elegance merge to create a distinctive, modern collection. PVD stands for "Physical Vapor Deposition": A layer of colored metal (a mixture of titanium, chrome and zirconium) is applied to the stainless steel cutlery in the form of steam in a vacuum atmosphere.
