We of course arrange for your gift or order to be delivered on the agreed date and to the agreed place.
Because quality comes first for us, even with delivery, we use our own vans and drivers in the Düsseldorf area near our store.
Deliveries for longer distances are completed by our logistics partner UPS within a maximum of seven days. There are specific delivery times for shipments to foreign countries which can be communicated on request.
